Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation and eye exam. Dr. Huang will explain your diagnosis and treatment options and answer any questions you may have. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment and bring the following information with you:

• Your glasses
• A list of medications you are presently taking including eye drops
• Insurance information (We accept most PPO and some HMO insurance plans.  HMO insurance patients will require a prior authorization from your Primary Care Physician for the initial visit)

If you are receiving a complete eye exam, your eyes may be dilated and you may need someone to drive you home.

In order to ensure that your visit is as smooth as possible, please print and complete all patient registration forms applicable to your visit. Arriving with all necessary paperwork greatly assists our staff in creating and updating your file while limiting your overall wait time.
